My person-centered approach focuses on creating an environment where you feel safe, heard, and accepted. My passion for psychology began in high school and has grown into a lifelong dedication to helping people heal, connect, and grow. I’m an avid reader and lifelong learner, constantly engaging with new ideas to enrich my work as a therapist. I believe therapy works best as a genuine human connection.
