My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot emotionally and wants life to feel steadier and more meaningful. They may be dealing with stress, sadness, past trauma, relationship or family challenges, or a general sense of being overwhelmed. They often appear fine on the outside while feeling stuck or disconnected on the inside. They are looking for support, clarity, and a space where they do not have to hide what they are feeling. Their goals often include feeling more grounded, improving their relationships, healing old wounds, and creating a life that feels more peaceful and authentic.
