As a solution focused therapist, who trained at the University of Pennsylvania, my goal is to help empower you to find your own strengths. I approach therapy in a manner that will assist you to heal the wounds of your past, and deal with the issues of the present in a warm, validating, and non-judgmental manner. I'm a qualified clinical supervisor, and a certified EMDR therapist, with over 20 years of experience working with many types of disorders. However, my areas of expertise are ADHD and learning differences, PTSD, dissociative disorders, chronic illness, family/relationship problems, anxiety, and depression.
