I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting youth, adolescents, and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience, and feel that it is a true honor to partner with individuals and families to support this process. Before private practice I worked within public education providing individual and group counseling, crisis support, and parent consultation. I view my clients as a whole person, with unique strengths and needs informed by their environment and experiences. My clinical expertise includes supporting individuals with a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, depression, anger and aggression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, family changes, life transitions, and navigating young adulthood. My approach is strengths-based, trauma informed, and relationship focused.
