When we are in relationships and personal patterns that feel stuck, overwhelming, and alone, it takes courage to reach out for help. My experiences living close to abuse, divorce, betrayal, addiction, suicide, and through the loss of a child have allowed me to experience that. That is why I am here: to empower and encourage your growth and progress by working with you to identify and address your unmet needs, unhealed wounds, and unhealthy patterns. I hold a person-centered, holistic view of every client, which means that your emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being are all a part of our work together.
