Hi, I’m Kathi. I’ve spent over 35 years helping people work through trauma, grief, secondary trauma, and burnout—especially those in care giving roles, healthcare, first responder work, and other helping professions. I also have extensive experience supporting people impacted by violent crime, including survivors of homicide, suicide loss, interpersonal violence, and those who’ve witnessed traumatic events. When dealing with trauma, your story matters—and healing is possible. I genuinely love what I do and feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they heal.
