Life is hard, I can help make it less so. I have been supporting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, parenting challenges, and ADHD for over 30 years. I work with children as young as 5 through art and play and have a full play therapy space. I work with teens and adults, building rapport and finding ways to cope so they can really thrive in a challenging world. If you don't quite fit into the box society expects you to fit into we would probably work quite well together.
