I have a general practice with individuals, couples,and families. People come with the hope of improving their relationships at home and at work. The effort is on managing their own stress levels, learning about self regulation and reactivity in all of their relationships (examination of daily habits, spiritual life, technology management, etc) People often are requesting assistance in managing life's challenges( illness, death, parenting, premarital, marriage, and stepfamily information). They are interested in becoming the best "self" that they are capable of becoming in relationship to others. The relationships surrounding the client are part of the discussion.
