Hi I'm Kate. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with hundreds of clients in my career, helping them to navigate life's many challenges. My specialty is in big life transitions, relationship issues and grief and loss. I believe everyone has the ability to be well, happy and whole. Most of my work has been focused on age transitions. I love working with women in midlife to guide them as they navigate their changing body and shifting self identity. I am caring, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Therapy is all about the chemistry between the clinician and the client-so before we dive into a therapeutic relationship, let's make sure that you feel safe, supported and seen. If we decide to work together, we will work collaboratively to make a plan to get you from where you are now to where you hope to be.
