The idea of therapy can bring up a lot of mixed emotions or past experiences. I meet clients where they are in creating an environment that is ideal for their therapeutic work. Often that environment brings creativity, collaboration and some laughs. Clients often leave feeling more confident, aware of their strengths and self compassionate. I have worked as a licensed counselor for over 13 years. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist and a consultant-in-training for EMDR. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I have a special interest in complex trauma, attachment, dissociation, perinatal trauma, supporting pregnancy and postpartum needs, as well as LGBTQ+ and culture affirming care.
