My approach is highly collaborative and interactive. As a therapist I strive to create a space that is comfortable enough to be vulnerable yet challenging enough to make change. Drawing from relational, cultural and feminist perspectives, I value voice and autonomy within treatment and honor each person’s unique intersecting identities. Utilizing my training in EMDR and DBT, I create a trauma sensitive therapy space for reflection, healing and containment.
