Grief and trauma can quietly shape the way we move through the world, often showing up as anxiety, loneliness, uncertainty, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what you’ve been carrying. I work with adults (18+) who are navigating grief, whether related to death or other significant losses, as well as those who feel ready to gently explore past life experiences or trauma in a way that feels supportive and paced. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in respect for each person’s identity, values, and lived experience.
