It can be difficult to take the first step towards starting or restarting therapy. I am here to help! My goal is to create a safe, unconditionally supportive, and collaborative environment in our therapy sessions to navigate challenges and work towards achieving your goals in life. I have interest and experience in working with adults around the topics of anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress (especially work stress and burnout), self-esteem, relationships, LGBTQIA+ identity, and neurodivergent identity.
