Ready to be your best self? I would love to be along for the journey. I offer adults virtual and in-person services. I am especially experienced in supporting those with complex trauma and late-diagnosed autism. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), a unique, evidence-based technique that utilizes the same bilateral eye movements experienced during REM sleep to facilitate the brain's innate ability to process our experiences (i.e. moving information from one area of the brain to another). A.R.T. can help to process trauma or manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias and chronic pain.
