I focus on supporting adults experiencing mental health or substance use concerns in individual therapy. I enjoy helping people build coping skills, process stress & improve their relationships (including processing affairs/improving communication). I have 16 years of experience working with individuals facing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety and substance use. I hope to help them learn to find more joy and meaning in their lives. Additionally I offer Adult ADHD and Autism evaluations
