I offer a dynamic approach to mental health care using holistic, body-mind integrated therapeutic techniques to adult individuals who are struggling and feeling lost in life and relationships. I believe that often individuals need support to clear what's blocking our natural ability to navigate our lives from our own truth and that each of us have instinctive abilities to heal ourselves. I can partner with you to identify and activate your inner strengths and authentic self. I provide counseling in a safe environment and my clinical focus builds upon clients' existing strengths and aliveness. In office or video counseling available. Together I can help you to manage stress, practice assertiveness, deal with anger, mood instability and worry effectively, learn relaxation and self-care techniques, and build more satisfying relationships. Specifically, I treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, issues related to spiritual growth, addiction recovery, co-dependency, relationship, and grief and loss.
