It takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out to a therapist for help with life's difficult challenges, and to find hope in the midst of struggle. It is my joy as a therapist, and as a human being, to help individuals find that hope within themselves. I have many years of experience helping individuals of all ages with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and grief and loss. I am a strength-based, trauma-informed care therapist proficient in several evidenced based modalities including psycho-education, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well Mindfulness and Grounding Techniques.
