My name is Kathy. I've been working in and around therapeutic communities for over 35 years. I specialize in Substance Abuse, Addictions, and Trauma. I work with my clients to help identify root causes. Together we build recovery plans and develop methods to deal with stress and anxiety while becoming self aware and learning to practice compassion for ourselves and those around us. I've been told I'm knowledgeable, authentic, and approachable. It can be intimidating to take the steps to build a more fulfilling and happier life.
