Welcome, I’m Dr. Kathleen Puleo. I bring 20 years of clinical experience walking alongside clients with compassion, care, and practical tools for growth. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether in relationships, self-worth, or managing stress, and come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or not “enough.” They long for clarity, healthier ways of coping, and deeper connection with themselves and others. I believe change is always possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’ve counseled adolescents, adults, and couples, helping hundreds heal, grow, and create more balanced, meaningful lives.
