I have morning, after school and evening times Have you been feeling overwhelmed with life’s challenges? Have you been having a hard time prioritizing your needs over others? Is anxiety or depression keeping you from creating the life that you want? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please know that you don’t have to struggle alone anymore. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults. I provide the space for people to feel safe and free of judgment throughout the therapy process. Therapy is a collaborative process that will give you a space to feel heard and supported. I'm trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
