I’ve spent most of my career as a social worker in the field of child welfare, mostly working with children and families in a variety of ways. I’ve learned through these experiences, to struggle is human and to get stuck sometimes is universal. At times, when the emotional distress is such that it interferes with your functioning, goals, relationships and living a satisfying life, therapy can help.
