You may be navigating daily power struggles, school stress, or growing anxiety. I help families create more calm and connection at home and offer CBT-based therapy for children 10+ who need support with anxiety. You value autonomy, respect, and practical strategies that work in real life. My goal: a child who feels safe and confident—and a parent who feels clear, calm, and equipped.
