Hello! I have current openings for individuals ages 17 and older. I have a special interest in providing services to women and people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients typically struggle with feeling overwhelmed with strong emotions and difficulties communicating their wants and needs within relationships. They also express feeling burnout with the high demand of stress and pressure of perfection. My clients want to feel more in control of their responses instead of feeling hijacked by extremes. As a therapist, I believe in power of vulnerability and connection as a way to navigate life’s challenges. I can help you recognize your own unique response to stressors and identify supports to soothe and care for the parts of you that feel burdened and overwhelmed.
