Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical. I believe that growth happens when you can show up as your full, messy, human self—sarcasm and all. My style is warm, conversational, and a little sassy when it needs to be, because real change doesn’t come from sugarcoating things. I work with young adults and adults navigating difficult emotions, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. In our sessions, we’ll mix skill-building with honest conversations, humor, and compassion. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of handling whatever life throws your way—with less chaos and more self-trust.
