Are you ready to cultivate? My name is Kathryn Lige, LCSW and I provide trauma-sensitive and culturally inclusive therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness and social-emotional intelligence, and I aim to support the whole you as you grow and thrive. I work with a wide range of clients, including those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting challenges. I am also experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
