I work in person in AZ and also telehealth. I am able to provide services for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, adjustment disorders, PTSD, or substance related issues. I believe a healthy therapeutic relationship must be focused on building a positive rapport, trust, and identifying goals that are achievable. I started my career in law enforcement and have a specialty in treating first responders struggling with trauma. I am EMDR trained and see it is an effective tool to aid with many different issues to include trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression
