Relationships are one of the most important aspects to me when working with others and through life. I believe we find ourselves in various relationships throughout our days, weeks and lives. I taught elementary school for four years and had the chance to work with children and their families in a different aspect. My philosophy gradually changed to wanting to help families and children with their relationships and began my career with mental health. My current philosophy appears to involve getting to know one another on the client’s time.
