Hi! I’m Kathryn! I work with teens, families, and neurodivergent individuals, and I believe therapy should feel safe and supportive. My background includes ABA and group therapy with adolescents facing big challenges. I use a trauma-informed, authentic approach to meet you where you are. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens, LGBTQ+ youth, and families who may feel overlooked, helping build coping skills, confidence, and hope.
