Everyone needs support from time to time. I work with clients to find answers to questions surrounding relationships, sadness and day to day intentional living. As a Jungian therapist, our work may involve exploration of imagery and pattern and your individual expression. We may utilize dreams, sand and other techniques to access the unconscious, as well as some traditional methods all to address anxiety and depression. My job is to interpret this play and facilitate their positive mental health and well-being.
