My mission is to help you uncover your inner power so that you can begin to heal from the inside out. By starting where you are, together we will make meaning and create new experiences in order to embrace the NOW and develop a future template for the next phase of your life. I aim to achieve this through a positive attachment, collaborative, strength based and trauma informed perspective.
