I am a true believer that asking for help in times of need should be a normal part of the life process. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work towards having a better life; the life they want. However, life can put up a lot of barriers. It is my goal as a therapist to be able to help break down barriers with my clients. I pride myself on being a creative, warm, and ‘outside-the-box’ therapist. I think laughter and humor are also important in the therapeutic process as well. Animal-assisted therapy sessions available upon request.
