I work primarily through a family systems lens assisting individuals, families, and couples to gain clarity on the role they held within their family system and working to resolve past trauma specifically within their early stages of development. I work with a variety of ages to assist with anxiety and depression using CBT and DBT techniques to promote both behavioral and cognitive change. I also work with teens and adults in their 20s and early 30s in finding purpose, and identity. I am person-centered and believe in meeting a client where they are, working at a pace that best suits their needs.
