I am a down to earth easy to talk to therapist, who has been in the field for 40 years. My approach is practical and relatable, with a touch of humor! It is my belief that the whole person must be considered to resolve issues, including those from childhood. I believe in inspiring, empowering and encouraging. Negatively is an enemy that robs us of peace and joy. It is my focus to help you get free from emotional bondage, process grief, establish improved self-esteem and grow in every area of your life. I’m passionate about building healthy relationships, improving marriages, and developing better communication skills.
