I am currently not taking new patients. Kathy is a graduate of Frostburg State University’s Master of Counseling Psychology program who came to Allegany County from San Francisco. Kathy’s therapeutic approach can best be described as person-centered, highly individualized, and strengths-based, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, rational emotive therapy, and solution focused therapy.
