Relationships can be tough to navigate. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in the same communication loops, unsure how to express needs without conflict, or overwhelmed by the pressure to “fix” things on their own. Welcome, My name is Katia, and I work at Transformative Therapy Project, Inc under the supervision of Rhonda Nechanicky, LMFT. In my practice, I value a client-centered and collaborative approach, spending a significant amount of time listening curiously and intently. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and in control of the process. My role is to help you slow down, notice patterns, and make sense of your experiences.
