I am Katia Meredith, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 9 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient, community mental health, inpatient and crisis counseling. My passion is supporting my clients in their journey to overcome depression, trauma, grief, and other stressful life events to achieve their individual goals. I have a passion for working with adults struggling with history of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, or simply needing someone to listen and offer support with any life issue.
