I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the field since 2015. I have experience working with couples, individuals, families, children, and facilitated group therapy. I view myself as a tool to assist clients along their life journey; humans are a work in progress. I utilize a strength-based approach and use a variety of evidenced-based practices. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space. By using empathy, humor and validation, I build therapeutic relationships with clients in order to support them in identifying and reaching their goals.
