Acceptance, I think this is something that we strive for the most in life and it is also one of the hardest things we struggle with. It is hard for us to find ways to be true to ourselves and also feel like we are meeting the needs and demands of the world around us. I would very much like to help you find that balance. It is my goal to offer a place for you to examine yourself and what makes you, you and figure out the most helpful ways of expressing that person to the world around you. I believe a sense of humor is important and learning to laugh at things can be healing.
