Katie is an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with a wide variety of clients. She has extensive experience in working with athletes (high school, collegiate, Olympic sports), folks experiencing a career or stage-of-life transition, trauma survivors, and teens and adults who are looking to learn more about themselves and how to better cope with life stressors. Using a positive psychology and trauma-informed approach, Katie helps her clients to manage their emotions, develop resiliency, build confidence, and heal past traumas. Katie is an IFS-informed therapist and is currently working towards Level 1 certification.
