I’m Katie, and I look forward to supporting you. My specialty is working with adults who are struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders (BFRBs & hoarding). I also enjoy supporting those dealing with other anxiety disorders and depression. OCD is often unrecognized for what it is, as it can take a lot of different forms. Some indicators are recurrent doubts about whether one has done a certain action or about who they are at their core, significant trouble moving past certain unsettling thoughts/urges, and having to do something a certain way to "make up" for unnerving thoughts/urges.
