About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have worked in various settings including a residential center, school based settings, in-home care and private practice. I have experience working with individuals surrounding self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, boundary issues, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and those exploring their spirituality. I work with children as young as 10 years old, teenagers, and adults. I utilize different approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Transpersonal Psychology and creative play and art interventions.
