I work with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, grief, and are coping with other life events. My therapeutic orientation is DBT and CBT focused. I believe therapy can be beneficial for those willing and ready be an active participant in their own lives by setting goals and working toward them both inside and outside of therapy. I offer a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment. Our shared space is free of judgment, where you can expect to be heard, seen, and accepted as you are. I utilize different cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral techniques with the goal of helping you experience both radical acceptance and personal growth.
