I love working with older adolescents and young adults who are navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, perfectionism. I am passionate about helping those who are misperceived as having it all together, but are actually fighting an all too often invisible struggle beneath the surface of that pressure. If this describes you, I recognize just how significant of a step you are taking by acknowledging your feelings and seeking help. I also enjoy joining clients in exploring their relationship with concepts of eating, exercise, and body image, working to cultivate a life-long relationship of nurturance and compassion. I value offering a warm, genuine, and affirmative therapy experience. Together we will collaborate to identify forces that function to keep you stuck and how to get you on a path toward living a life of flexibility, fulfillment, and joy.
