On the outside, you look like you’re holding it together. You’re capable, responsible, and used to being the one others rely on. Inside, you feel burned out, irritable, and on edge, going from 0 to 60 faster than you’d like. You may know what could help, but can’t get yourself to do it. That’s not a motivation problem. Your nervous system may just be out of capacity. I work with high-performing adults to regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build capacity first, so deeper work feels possible, grounded, and sustainable.
