Yellow Brick Road Counseling, LLC If I had to pick a single word to describe counseling it would be validation. That is what I strive to do every time I meet someone. We all have different experiences, perspectives, needs, and wants. My goal is to meet you where you're at, help validate your emotional response, and then work toward your goal - whatever that may be. There is no wrong in therapy. I'm not going to get mad or frustrated with you. I'm here to help you make sense of things that might be confusing or challenging.
