We never know what to expect from life, and sometimes the changes that come our way can be overwhelming. I commend you for taking the first step of reaching out for help, as we do not have to continue this journey alone. My style of therapy is warm and empowering, encouraging you to find the tools already within you to continue facing lifes challenges. My strengths lie in treating grief and health-related emotional challenges, with experience in chronic illness, aging, and inevitable losses we all face in our lives. I utilize the treatment modalities of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dignity Therapy, and more. My clients can expect to feel heard and empowered. My overall goal is to help my clients navigate lifes challenges while having a space to express and explore their emotions. I offer tools and approaches to help minimize distress and maximize well-being.
