Between work, school, relationships, and trying to find yourself, life can feel so stressful and overwhelming. Talking with someone who is open and non-judgmental can be a helpful way of releasing some stress, learning skills to get through these tough times, and better your relationship with yourself and others. I’ve worked as a therapist for a decade, specializing in depression, anxiety, and family of origin issues. I use an integrative approach (CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic), but my main focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship with individuals. I strive to use my openness, humor, and compassion to create a space for people to feel comfortable and safe.
