With a foundation of respect, kindness, and somatic trauma-sensitive mindfulness, I collaboratively create a welcoming space for individuals and couples to move towards love, connection, and wholeness. With an awake heart, curiosity, and clarity, I help people find perspective, make meaning of difficulties, access innate wisdom, and gain skills to emerge into freedom. From queer lineages and Irish Celtic ancestry, I am a queer gender-fluid artist and Buddhist practitioner who derives inspiration and purpose from the forces of nature, meditation, and interconnection.
