I specialize in treating depression and anxiety in adults 18 and older. Most individuals struggle with these issues from time to time, but sometimes we can get stuck. Often symptoms can improve by talking with a professional. I have been counseling with individuals for over 12 years in mental health services and clinical counseling. I offer my clients specific tools to help overcome these issues, in a supportive environment. I also provide Christian counseling if requested. My sessions are now all online for your convenience.
