Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I am a heart-centered therapist who often works with folks who are feeling stuck and experiencing inner conflict and pain with confusion on where to begin. Together we will co-create an authentic space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. We will gain clarity around your experience and find a path forward that leads to more joy, ease, and authenticity. I believe that everyone has deep, intrinsic wisdom into their own healing. I love assisting my clients in connecting with that inner knowing that can lead them to greater meaning and fulfillment. I encourage you to come as you are. I will always meet you there with compassion and empathy. I will work with you to find tools/techniques for navigating patterns that are no longer serving you. I work from a trauma-informed lens and lean on holistic, somatic, and creative healing techniques, while taking great care in our therapeutic relationship.
